All The Shipping Deets 📦
We hustle to pack your order ASAP and send it off from our UK warehouse with lots of love (and maybe a sprinkle of confetti). Orders usually land at your door within 3–5 business days from when you hit that buy button. We aim to dispatch within 1 day (because we’re speedy like that), but if there’s a hiccup, like a busy warehouse day or transit delays, it might take an extra 1–2 days. Don’t worry—we’re on it! 

No Confirmation Email? Let’s Sort It! 💌
If you’ve placed an order but didn’t get that lovely confirmation email, no worries! It might be that your email slipped through the cracks. Drop us a line at info@theprintcrush.com, and we’ll check if your order made it to us. If we’ve got it, we’ll happily send your tracking info to the correct email! 

If it turns out the order didn’t go through, just give us a shout before placing another one, so we don’t accidentally double up on those awesome prints.
